What food do you feed if Gus' Playground provides food?

Our Chosen Kibble: Farmina N&D Lamb & Blueberry

At Gus’ Playground, we know how important diet is to your dog’s health, especially during a stay away from home. That’s why we proudly offer Farmina N&D Lamb & Blueberry (Ancestral Grain) for guests who need or choose to eat kennel-provided food.

We selected this formula because:

  • Lamb is a gentle, digestible protein that's easy on sensitive stomachs

  • It's a low-allergen option, perfect for dogs with common sensitivities (like chicken or beef)

  • Contains ancient grains (like spelt and oats), which are easy to digest and support steady energy

  • Blueberries provide natural antioxidants for immune support

  • Made with high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients—no artificial preservatives, fillers, or by-products

Whether your dog is transitioning from home food or staying longer than expected, this kibble is a safe, healthy, and tasty option to keep them feeling their best.

Farmina N & D is available at an additional charge **$6-10/day if enough food isn’t provided by the owner.

**Depending on size of pup

Do I need to bring my dogs own bed or other supplies from home?

Boarding is just a temporary home, so we encourage you to bring a bed, blanket, or favorite toy—something that smells like home and helps your dog feel safe.

Familiar items can ease anxiety and remind your pup that you’ll be back soon.
